    摘要: An adaptive training system can determine a finite work capacity and critical power and use those determinations to generate an adaptive training programs for workout parameters. To determining a finite work capacity and critical power, the adaptive training system can receive workout data; generate data points by determining, for each workout, a maximum amount of work done for each of multiple time window sizes; fit these workout data points to a function; and determine a critical power and finite work capacity based on the fitted function. Once the adaptive training system has determined a critical power and finite work capacity, the adaptive training system can use them to generate an adaptive training program by keeping a function defined by a set of workout parameters below an ability function that is based on the critical power and finite work capacity.

    摘要: An adjustable weight kettlebell includes a body defining an internal cavity configured to receive one or more of a plurality of weights, and a weight selector assembly configured to selectively couple one or more of the plurality of weights to the body. The weight selector assembly may include an actuator to enable a user to select one of a plurality of available weight settings. The weight selector assembly may be locked for adjustment when the kettlebell is removed from a support surface such as a base, thereby inhibiting inadvertent detachment of the weights from the kettlebell during exercise. The weight selector assembly may automatically shift to the closest weight settings upon release of the actuator and may automatically unlock upon placement of the kettlebell on the support surface such as the base, the bottom weight if not coupled to the kettlebell, or any other suitable support surface.

The stationary bike has a fixed frame portion and moving frame portion which is pivotally mounted on the fixed frame portion, at two spaced apart pivot locations, to allow the moving frame to pivot about a pivot axis defined by the two spaced apart pivot locations. The pivotal action of the bike may be resisted, such as by a damper. The tilt-enabled bike is equipped with a tilt disabling mechanism, e.g., a locking mechanism configured to selectively and operatively engage the moving and the fixed frame to disable the relative movement (i.e. the pivoting) of the moving frame.
