    摘要: A computer-implemented method, system and program product for modeling a business transformation process. In accordance with one embodiment, a transformation modeling tool receives as input multiple operational resource values associated with a specified transformation process. The operational resource values include at least one value expressed as a labor resource metric and at least one value expressed as a technology resource metric. The modeling tool comparatively processes the operational resource values with respect to one or more target operational resource values. Responsive to the comparative processing step, a cost value associated with the specified transformation process is generated.
