An optical recognition module and/or a classification module are/is configured to receive the image data of the vehicle, determine a plurality of vehicle specifications, classify the image data and/or the vehicle specifications, and associate the plurality of vehicle specifications with a virtual vehicle on a gaming platform provided by a gaming module. The system and method permit a plurality of users to compete via racing the virtual vehicles.
