摘要： The present invention relates to a solid pharmaceutical composition containing (S)-2-(4-isobutylphenyl) propionic acid as active ingredient and it relates to a solid pharmaceutical composition suitable for the preparation of pharmaceutical forms in tablets, sachets and capsules containing (S)-2-(4-isobutylphenyl)-propionic acid as active ingredient. This formulation in tablets contains (S)-Ibupropen, colloidal silica as disintegrating agent, microcrystalline cellulose as diluent and magnesium stearate as lubricant. Tablets are prepared by direct compression of the pharmaceutical composition object of the present invention and may be coated or filmed according to conventional techniques.
