摘要： The present invention relates to a method and process for the automated gathering, maintaining and delivering of knowledge, information and capabilities about the services, products and offerings of so called Community and/or School Service Providers (CSSP). The invention provides a computerized and automated blueprint to an Individual Education Plan (IEP) committee for a Special Education Student during the creation of the Individual Transition Plan (ITP) required by various laws and regulations enacted by the United States Federal and local State Governments that are pertinent to the Special Education Community.
