Abstract: Disclosed are embodiments of shortest path search in an obstacle environment. Provided is a shortest path search method including: creating an epsilon graph; and determining k closest points from a query point on the basis of the graph, wherein the creating of the graph includes: creating a node group of nodes on the basis of a point group of arrival points; creating an edge group of edges on the basis of the created nodes; setting, on the basis of an obstacle group of at least one obstacle, whether each of the nodes is a valid node or a non-valid node; setting, on the basis of the obstacle group, whether each of the edges is a valid or non-valid edge; and including, for each of the arrival points, a particular arrival point on an anchor list of a valid node closest from the particular arrival point among the valid nodes.

Abstract: Disclosed are a phase shift method and a device performing same, the method comprising the steps of: shifting a phase of an input signal by a phase shifter, and up-converting, by a frequency quadrupler, a frequency of the input signal of which the phase has been shifted, by a multiplication coefficient (N). According to the phase shift method and the device performing same, it is possible to overcome a phase resolution decrease that occurs when passing through a frequency quadrupler in super high-frequency LO beamforming technology synchronized with a conventional frequency quadrupler.

Abstract: A video quality improvement method may comprise: inputting a structure feature map converted from current target frame by first convolution layer to first multi-task unit and second multi-task unit, which is connected to an output side of first multi-task unit, among the plurality of multi-task units; inputting a main input obtained by adding the structure feature map to a feature space, which is converted by second convolution layer from those obtained by concatenating, in channel dimension, a previous target frame and a correction frame of the previous frame to first multi-task unit; and inputting current target frame to Nth multi-task unit connected to an end of output side of second multi-task unit, wherein Nth multi-task unit outputs a correction frame of current target frame, and machine learning of the video quality improvement model is performed using an objective function calculated through the correction frame of current target frame.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides is a high-speed image recognition method and apparatus using a 3D CNN. The high-speed image recognition method using the 3D CNN includes: inputting each of a first image clips among image clips constituting an input image to the 3D CNN; acquiring softmax function values calculated in the 3D CNN with respect to each of the first image clips; calculating a score margin by using the softmax function values; comparing the score margin with a predetermined threshold value to determine whether to input at least one additional image clip other than the first image clips among the image clips constituting the input image to the 3D CNN. Therefore, a calculation speed for image recognition can be improved.
