Abstract: A refillable tray for a makeup compact. The refillable tray includes a plurality of removable pans. Each removable pan is fillable with an active product. A flexible mechanical element maintains the plurality of removable pans in place within the refillable tray and enables removable of each removable pan for refill or replacement. This avoids using a bonding element to keep the plurality of removable pans in place within the refillable tray, thereby enabling all components of the refillable tray to be made of environmentally friendly material to promote sustainability and to enable recycling of all components at an end life of the refillable tray.

Abstract: A refillable compact includes a cover, a base and a platform having one or more pan wells. Each pan well is fillable with an active product. The cover and base are linked by coaxial hinges, the cover being rotatable around the coaxial hinges to open and close with the base. The platform is configured to removably slide into the base along rail slots located on each side of the base and the platform is kept in place by friction between the base and the platform. The platform is refillable or replaceable with a new platform by sliding out the platform from the base along the rail slots and inserting the platform refilled with the active product or the new platform into the base along the rail slots. The components of the refillable compact are made of environmentally friendly material to promote sustainability.

Abstract: A cap closure having a top portion, a bottom portion having a dispensing orifice and a rail system. The rail system mechanically adheres the top portion to the bottom portion. The rail system includes at least two rail tracks on the bottom portion and at least two individual rails on the top portion. The two individual rails move axially along the two rail tracks to move the cap closure from a closed position to an open position to provide access to the dispensing orifice and vice-versa to close access to the dispensing orifice.
