Abstract:
A manual open bottom shelf allocation and management system for allocating shelf space among rows of products and for moving the rows of products toward the shelf front includes a plurality of adjacent shelf allocating and managing units. Each unit includes a pair of side dividers extending away from a backstop defining an open bottom, wherein at least one row of products may be positioned on the shelf between and laterally supported by the side dividers. Each unit is manually movable to advance products toward the front of the shelf. The side dividers of two adjacent units may be in vertical alignment with one another. A shelf ready packaging unit incorporates a row of products and a shelf allocation and management system and packaging material coupling the shelf allocating and managing unit and the at least one row of products together at least for shipping and stocking.
Abstract:
A system monitors parameters (e.g., speed, position, threshold boundaries) of mobile items attached to beacons and produces signals indicating these parameters. The system also monitors non-mobile parameters (e.g., battery life, door locks, windows) in the items. Different technologies (e.g., wireless) are provided for communicating between the beacons and a beacon controller interface. Different technologies are provided for locating and indicating item positions. The beacons and the interface provide for new beacons to be added to the system with different characteristics than the existing beacons for monitoring the operation of new beacons without affecting the operation of existing beacons. The system includes resellers, retailers, users and subscribers in a flexible relationship to enhance the ease in the system operation. Beacons can perform more than one function (e.g. tracking, threshold monitoring) simultaneously. Scenarios for the beacons can be created and monitored. Recovery personnel can intervene to resolve crises.

A manual open bottom shelf allocation and management system for allocating shelf space among rows of products and for moving the rows of products toward the front of the shelf includes a plurality of adjacent shelf allocating and managing units. Each unit includes a pair of side dividers extending away from a front to a backstop defining an open bottom, wherein at least one row of products may be positioned on the shelf between the side dividers and wherein the side dividers provide for substantive lateral support for the product. Each unit is manually movable between the front and the back of the shelf and is adapted to advance at least one row of products toward the front of the shelf. The side dividers of two adjacent units may be in vertical alignment with one another.
Abstract:
This invention relates aryl substituted pyridines of Formula I: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, prodrug or solvate thereof, wherein Ar and R1—R4 are set in the specification. The invention is also directed to the use of compounds of Formula I for the treatment of neuronal damage following global and focal ischemia, for the treatment or prevention of neurodegenerative conditions such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and for the treatment, prevention or amelioration of both acute or chronic pain, as antitinnitus agents, as anticonvulsants, and as antimanic depressants, as local anesthetics, as antiarrhythmics and for the treatment or prevention of diabetic neuropathy.
Abstract:
Disclosed are compounds of the formula (I) wherein R1, R2, R3 R4 R5, R6 and N are as disclosed herein. The compounds are useful for the treatment of chronic and acute pain.
Abstract:
A manual bottom supporting shelf allocation and management system for allocating shelf space among rows of products and for moving the rows of products toward the shelf front includes a plurality of adjacent shelf allocating and managing units. Each unit includes a base and side divider wherein at least one row of products is positioned on the base adjacent the laterally supporting divider. Each unit is a modular tray which may be, while filled with a row of products, lifted clear of the shelf and moved to another shelf location. A backstop is behind the products so that the products may be manually moved towards the front of the shelf when the backstop is drawn forward while the base remains stationary.

Abstract:
An actuator assembly including one or more actuator arms, wherein each of the actuator arms defines a clasp hole and a clamp-opening hole and a slot running between the clasp hole and clamp-opening hole, and optionally, a second slot running from the clasp hole to a distal end of the actuator arm, thereby creating two clasp fingers. A flex suspension assembly is included with a protrusion, such as a boss and a head on a distal end. The flex suspension assembly is coupled to the actuator arm by resiliently increasing the diameter of the clasp hole so as to allow the boss on the flex suspension assembly to be inserted into the clasp hole. With the boss is inserted, the clasp hole is allowed to revert to its original diameter, thereby clamping the boss in the clasp hole. A method for assembly is also provided.
