摘要： In general, aspects of the present invention provide a system and methods for enhancing, measuring and managing team and individual performance in the development and maintenance of application software. In one embodiment, the present invention comprises a method for enhancing, measuring and managing team and individual performance in the development and maintenance of application software using a Blue Card scoring system where individuals (team members) compare against rubrics set by engagement leaders.
