    摘要： Methods and systems for seamlessly integrating an end-to-end acquisition process using a flexible data structure are disclosed. A flexible data structure consistent with these methods and systems may connect the buyer's requirement to the vendor's proposed solution, facilitating a requirement-by-requirement evaluation process allowing buyers to evaluate content as well as price of a proposal. Embodiments of the present invention standardize the format of proposals, allowing buyers to more easily compare vendors' proposals side-by-side. Still other embodiments of the present invention produce an error checking report to further aid vendors in improving proposals and buyers in evaluating proposals.

    摘要： A vehicle brake system includes a source of fluid pressure adapted to supply a braking force a brake actuator including a parking brake chamber, and a combination valve fluidly coupling the brake actuator to the source of pressure, the combination valve having an inlet fluidly coupled to the source of pressure and an outlet fluidly coupled to the brake actuator. The combination valve includes within a single housing (i) a solenoid responsive to electrical signals to move from one position in which the parking brake chamber is fluidly coupled to the source of pressure in order to pressurize the parking brake chamber and release the parking brake, and another position in which the parking brake chamber of the brake actuator is vented in order to exhaust pressure within the parking brake chamber so that the parking brake is applied, and (ii) at least one of a manifold, an inversion valve, a double check valve and an anti-compounding valve.

Each frame is affixed to the base and has bilateral, spaced apart, opposing side walls that define a wheel well.     摘要： A plurality of skewed slots of a particular shape are provided within a compressor casing adjacent at least one stage of compressor blade tips, the slots having an axial length greater than that of the adjacent blade tips. The slots are provided such that upon occurrence of compressor surge or stall, the stagnating air occurring about the blade row may be directed by the slots downstream of the compressor blade row back into the main stream of fluid passing through the compressor. By such an arrangement, the slots provide a compressor in which the air flow and pressure ratio may be increased before reaching compressor stall or surge.
