    摘要: A dispenser includes a dispenser housing having a formed end with sidewalls arising therefrom creating an aperture to gain access to an interior volume within. The aperture of the dispenser housing is exposed by removal of an enclosure apparatus which mates to the dispenser housing. Upon removal of the enclosure apparatus, a material is deposited within the dispenser housing aligned and coupled towards the formed end of the dispenser housing, allowing dispensation of material within the interior volume via the aperture. The dispenser housing includes an apparatus enabling the material within the dispenser to transit through the dispenser, discharging via an aperture of the dispenser housing. At least one of the dispenser housing, enclosure apparatus, or apparatus includes a layer of bonded material.

    摘要: A reclining chaise lounge for resting. The reclining chaise lounge includes a base frame having a front leg and a rear leg, a seat panel and a back panel. The back panel is hingedly secured to the base frame via a seat reclining mechanism that is configured to adjust the angle of the back panel relative to the seat panel and bias the back panel toward a forward position. Two support members connect the back panel to a track having recessed notches disposed along the base frame. When a lever is engaged, the recessed notches disengage, allowing the support members, and thus the back member, to easily adjust position. If no pressure is applied to the back panel when the lever is engaged, a spring mechanism automatically pushes the back panel toward a forward position. A canopy affixed to the back panel is provided for sun protection.

    摘要: A paper roll and method of manufacturing. The paper roll includes a plurality of sheets spirally wound forming a roll. The roll includes a first end and a second end, wherein the first end forms an inner section. The inner section defines an axial passageway that extends from a first side of the roll to a second side of the roll. An adhesive that can stiffen the inner section joins the plurality of sheets of the first end. The method for manufacturing the paper roll includes winding the plurality of sheets about a low-friction tube to form a roll, applying an adhesive to the plurality of sheets at a first end of the roll forming an inner section having an axial passageway, curing the adhesive configured to stiffen the inner section, and removing the low-friction tube from the roll.

    摘要: A helmet includes a shell with an impact resistant exterior surface formed by an upper shell and a rear shell. The upper shell is shaped to protect a top portion of a wearer's head, the rear shell shaped to protect an occipital portion of the wearer's head. A headset assembly, attached to the shell, includes dual ear cups rotatable about an axis that is above the wearer's ears when the helmet is worn. The ear cups have at least the following positions: an extended position to cover the wearer's ears, and a retracted position substantially abutting both upper and rear shell to the rear of the wearer's ears. The ear cups are shaped so that they form a surface substantially flush with the exterior surface while the ear cups are in the retracted position.

    摘要: A refillable solution dispensing device includes a housing having an upper section and a lower section. An actuator exposed through the exterior of the upper section. The actuator is movably connected to an air chamber and a solution chamber. The solution chamber is in fluid communication with the solution reservoir and a discharge nozzle. The air chamber is fluidly connected to the discharge nozzle. The actuator is coupled to a mixing shaft that protrudes into the lower section. The lower section comprises an interior volume that functions as a solution reservoir. A solution cartridge and water are inserted into the solution reservoir. A solution mixer is rotatably coupled to the mixing shaft combining the solution within the solution cartridge, the solution cartridge, and the water into one solution. Upon an activation of the actuator, the solution and the air will mix and exit the discharge nozzle.
