摘要： The invention provides a novel method of vaccination of a pig against Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae by administering to a weaned piglet or a sow, a single dose of an effective amount of a Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae vaccine. The Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae vaccine can be a whole or partial cell inactivated or modified live preparation, a subunit vaccine, or a nucleic acid or DNA vaccine.
