摘要: An image capturing lens is disclosed, which is compact and capable of capturing an image at a wide angle though realizing low cost performance by enabling mass productions of wafer-scale lenses, and an image capturing device is disclosed, which uses this image capturing lens. For the purpose of attaining short focusing, a wide angle of view can be ensured by optimally disposing the power of a first lens block and the power of a second lens block so that a value of a conditional formula (1) becomes higher than a lower limit.
