Abstract: A gas-sensitive material, a preparation method therefore and an application thereof, and a gas sensor using the gas-sensitive material are provided. The gas-sensitive material is a carbon material-metal oxide composite nanomaterial formed by compounding a carbon material and metal oxides. The content of the carbon material is 0.5˜20 wt. % and the content of the metal oxides is 80˜99.5 wt. %; the metal oxides contain tungsten oxide and one or more selected from tin oxide, iron oxide, titanium oxide, copper oxide, molybdenum oxide, and zinc oxide; the metal oxides are formed on the carbon material in the form of nanowires, and the nanowires are tungsten oxide-doped nanowires. The gas-sensitive material has reduced resistance, is capable of responding to various gases at a reduced working temperature.

Abstract: A hydrogen leakage detecting material, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof are provided. The hydrogen leakage detecting material has a color-changing substrate and an active component. The color-changing substrate is hexagonal-phase tungsten trioxide having a microstructure of a nanorod bundle formed by multiple nanorods, and the active component is noble metal nanoparticles. A starting reduction temperature of the hydrogen leakage detecting material on hydrogen is less than or equal to 100° C. The hydrogen leakage detecting material has a relatively high sensitivity to hydrogen under different conditions, and has significant color change and a shorter color change response time.

Abstract: A microreactor has a plurality of mixing units connected in sequence. Each of the mixing units has a housing in which a flow chamber is formed. Abstract: A flame arrester includes a flame arrester housing that has a fluid channel defined therein and an inlet and an outlet which are communicated with the fluid channel. The fluid channel is internally provided with a flame arresting unit for preventing flame propagation One side of the flame arresting unit is provided with a deformation unit configured to deform when the internal temperature of the fluid channel reaches a preset temperature to reduce the flow area of the fluid channel towards the outlet. The deformation unit is provided on one side of the flame arresting unit, and when continuous combustion is formed at the flame arresting unit, the deformation unit deforms to reduce the flow area of the fluid channel on the surface of the flame arresting unit to increase a gas flow rate to move the flame is away from the surface of the flame arresting unit.

Abstract: A method and system for detecting structural performance of fire retardant disc includes the steps of obtaining passage structural information characterizing a structural feature of each passage in a fire retardant disc to be detected, analyzing said passage structural information and measuring a key feature size of each passage, statistically analyzing feature size distribution of each passage according to said key feature size, and determining a structural uniformity state of said fire retardant disc to be detected based on statistical result. The method is able to overcome the disadvantage of manual detection in the structural performance of the fire retardant disc, and effectively detect and assess the structural performance of the fire retardant disc in different use conditions.

Abstract: A method for reducing the risk of burning and explosion in a deoxygenation process of an oxygen-containing gas includes multiple steps. According to this method, in the presence of a gaseous alkane, hydrogen reacts with an oxygen-containing gas from which an unsaturated hydrocarbon has been removed. The oxygen-containing gas contains the oxygen and the unsaturated hydrocarbon, and the content of the oxygen in the oxygen-containing gas is greater than 0.5% by volume. A gaseous alkane is introduced to reduce the risk of burning and explosion of a mixed gas. A hydrocatalytic reaction is carried out to promote oxygen in the mixed gas to react with hydrogen to produce water, which removes oxygen from the oxygen-containing gas and also effectively inhibits carbon deposition on the surface of a catalyst and the production of a carbon oxide, which enhances the toleration for fluctuation of the oxygen content in a raw gas.

Abstract: A hydrate decomposition inhibiting composition, a coupling enhanced solid hydrate, and a method for improving the solid hydrate storage and transportation stability relating to the technical field of natural gas safety storage and transportation are provided. The hydrate decomposition inhibiting composition contains a carboxymethyl starch salt and an alkyl glycoside surfactant. The composition improves the interface stability of the hydrate phase boundary and the mechanical stability of the hydrate and enhance the strength of the hydrate crystal interface since the colloidal solution formed by dispersing the sodium carboxymethyl starch and the alkyl glycoside surfactant in water can coat the surface of the hydrate to form a protective layer, thereby improving the structural stability of the hydrate. Therefore, the composition inhibits the decomposition of the hydrate, reduces the decomposition rate of the hydrate, and can further reduce the decomposition amount of the hydrate.
