Abstract: Disclosed herein is a catheter for a common hepatic duct capable of inserting a stent into a bile duct, a gall bladder, and the like using endoscopic ultrasound (EUS). According to an exemplary embodiment, the catheter includes: an inner guide tube; a perforator coupled with a front end of the inner guide tube; a pressing member coupled with the inner guide tube while maintaining a predetermined interval from the perforator; a stent disposed between the perforator and the pressing member and on an outer circumferential surface of the inner guide tube; and an outer guide tube disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the inner guide tube, wherein the perforator has a cone shape or a polygonal cone shape and is formed so that a distance from a central line to an outside is reduced toward the front end based on the central line in a length direction.

Abstract: A bile duct stent and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. The bile duct stent having a backflow preventing means according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a cylindrical body having a mesh structure formed by zigzagging metal wires of a shape memory alloy on a plurality of pins each disposed in a circumferential direction X and a longitudinal direction Y of a cylindrical jig; a film portion coated on cells of the metal wires of the mesh structure; and a backflow-preventing pattern film in which a hole is formed in the film portion of each cell formed at an outlet end of the cylindrical body and threads (Lasso) fixed by zigzagging to the cells of the metal wires in the circumferential direction by passing through any one hole (h) cross the outlet end one time or more to form a network structure.

Abstract: The present invention provides a medical stent with a stopper which can be inserted into lumens of a human such as the duodenum, the colon, the biliary tract, and the esophagus, and that is useful for lesions due to stricture caused by benign and malignant tumors.The medical stent with stoppers of the present invention includes a body having a cylindrical shape meshed with an elastic member and having an internal passage, and stoppers forming portions of the body and preventing the body from moving in a lesion, in which the body has a first elastic part at the center thereof, a pair of second elastic parts disposed at respective sides of the first elastic part and extending from the first elastic part, third elastic parts disposed outside of the second elastic parts and extending from the second elastic parts, and fourth elastic parts disposed outside of the third elastic parts, extending from the third elastic parts, and forming ends of the body, the stopper composed of the second elastic parts and the fourth elastic part, and the second elastic parts being larger in diameter than the first elastic part and the third elastic parts.
