摘要： Disclosed herein are a hospital guide system for providing guide information to a user in real time through a user terminal in comprehensive consideration of user's position information and user's medical treatment related information and a method for providing a hospital guide service. A hospital guide system includes a user position detecting unit that detects user's position information; a process storing unit that stores user's process information related to a service received by a user in a hospital; a guide information generating unit that decides a user's position-process based situation on the basis of the user's position information and the user's process information and generates guide information suitable for the user's position-process based situation; and a user terminal that provides the guide information to the user.
