摘要： Secure rights protection for broadcast mobile content techniques are described in which broadcast content may be securely provided to a mobile device. In one or more embodiments, this is accomplished by requesting and issuing of a content license via a data network based upon a subscriber identity module (SIM) of a mobile device. The license may then be utilized by the mobile device to output content received via a broadcast network.
