摘要: The present application relates to a dual-polarization-joint noise processing method and device. The present application compensates the discrete spectral coefficient noise on the X polarization state with noise information carried by the discrete spectral eigenvalue on the X, Y polarization states, and a correlation coefficient between the discrete spectral eigenvalue and the discrete spectral coefficient on the X polarization state. 摘要: A Beclin 1-targeting stapled peptide and a pharmaceutical composition. The stapled peptide includes an amino acid sequence at least 66.7% identical to amino acid residues 191-205 of Beclin 1, an amino acid residue E195 and an amino acid residue N202 in the stapled peptide are connected by a hydrocarbon staple to stabilize the α-helical structure of the stapled peptide. The hydrocarbon staple is located at a position in the stapled peptide closer to the Beclin1 coiled coil domain-stapled peptide binding interface, which can enhance the binding affinity of the stapled peptide to Beclin 1 by 10-30 fold. Compared to other autophagy inducers like rapamycin and Tat-Beclin 1 peptide, the optimized stapled peptide shows the unique profile of not only inducing autophagy but also significantly enhancing the endolysosomal degradation of cell surface oncogenic receptors EGFR and HER2 in HER2-positive cancer cells.

摘要: Disclosed is a novel methodology for vibration and noise control using modular rail particle damper in rail transit systems, which comprises steps: determining a target damper module corresponding to a vibration frequency content of a rail system, multiple target damper modules are adopted; connecting target damper module by adopting a connecting module so as to form a rail particle damper; and installing rail particle damper at rail web to conduct vibration and noise control on the rail system. Target damper modules are connected through connecting modules to form an integrated rail particle damper, a wide vibration mitigation frequency range is formed by adopting different target damper modules, and therefore rail particle damper is suitable for reducing broadband vibration and noise generated in rail systems under different operating environments.
