摘要： The present invention provides a method for patent valuation, comprising steps of providing a patent group for establishing a citation network and selecting a cluster within the citation network, wherein the citation network comprises a plurality of links, each link is formed between any two patent cases having citation relationship with each other; afterwards, designating weighting value for each link connecting each pair of patent cases; finally, calculating a plurality of centrality indices with respect to the plurality of patent cases in the cluster respectively according to the weighting value of each link. By means of the method of the present invention, it is capable of obtaining a relative value or significance of a specific patent case with respect to the other patent cases within the cluster.

摘要： A life line comprising a rope, a speed regulator, a safety belt and a checking steel wire. The speed regulator is substantially in the form of a cylinder having a penetrating hole for passing the rope and is made of a material permitting its inner peripheral surface to come into contact with the rope to thereby regulate descending speed when the speed regulator is grasped by the hands. The safety belt is fixed to the speed regulator. The checking steel wire has one end connected to the safety belt and the other end surrounding the rope and attached to a metal retainer fixed to the speed regulator.

摘要： The present invention relates to a Hangeul input keypad and a method using the same. Basic consonants and basic vowels are assigned to the Hangeul input keypad, the number of the basic consonant-assigned keys is less than that of the basic vowel-assigned keys, the consonant keys and the vowel keys are disposed separately, and a shift key converting the basic consonants to extended consonants is disposed adjacent to the consonant keys to which the basic consonants convertible to the extended consonants are assigned. The Hangeul input keypad and method according to the present invention improves speed of Hangeul input, provides convenience in operation of consonant keys and a shift key, and ease of a user's learning of the Hangeul input method by optimizing the disposition of the consonants and vowels.
