摘要： A patent document content construction method is described. The method includes the following steps. A domain-specific thesaurus including a plurality of domain-specific terms is constructed. A semantic/syntactic annotation is performed for a claim of a patent to identify domain-specific terms, stop words, general terms, and punctuation. Defined regular expression sets are used to classify the words in a claim to build a structural relation of the claim. The defined expression sets include Common, Claim, Component, Reference, Attribute, Functionality, Contain, and Spatial. The structural relation includes the domain-specific terms, the general terms, and the triple relations of the domain-specific terms in the claim.
