摘要： The present invention relates to a user equipment, UE, wirelessly connectable to a cellular mobile communication network adapted to perform uplink cell change of the UE from the first radio base station to a second radio base station. The UE comprises means for controlling the HARQ retransmissions and means for determining the time point for performing the cell change based on the controlled ongoing HARQ retransmissions of outstanding data.
