Abstract: An impingement apparatus for use with a freezer includes a flexible belt having a first surface, a second surface opposite to the first surface, and a plurality of impingement holes extending through the belt between the first and second surfaces, wherein a passageway is formed in each one of the plurality of impingement holes and through which a cooling medium can pass.
