    摘要： The present invention relates to a composition for improvement of exercise performance, fatigue recovery or prevention of oxidation response comprising Panax species plant leaves extract or processed product of the leaves extract, or mixture of the both as an active ingredient. The present composition comprising Panax species plant leaves extract or processed product of the leaves extract, or mixture of the both increases the exercise performance, inhibit the accumulation of fatigue markers in blood and prevents oxidation response, and thus is useful to improve physical strength and exercise capacity.
