Apparatus for controlling the generation of a DC signal at the output of a mixer, so that the DC signal is predictable, enabling a static offset compensation voltage to offset the DC signal. The apparatus comprises a mixer configured to receive a first and a second input signal, the mixer being such as to generate a first DC signal at the output of the mixer when the first and second input signals have the same frequency and a first relative phase, a phase detector for determining the relative phase of the first and second signals, and a phase modifier configured to modify the phase of the second signal relative to the first signal in dependence on the determination of the relative phase between the first and second signals such that the resulting DC signal at the output of the mixer is the first DC signal.

In one embodiment, computerized systems and methods for nutritional planning are disclosed that may comprise providing a database coupled to a central terminal, storing in the database a plurality of records comprising nutritional information related to products available for purchase using a loyalty profile, and associating in the database the nutritional information with products purchased using the loyalty profile. These systems and methods may further comprise identifying deficiencies in a nutritional profile and displaying products which compensate for deficiencies.

The present application discloses systems and methods for managing nutritional information which in some embodiments comprises a database coupled to a central processor, a storage module configured to store in the database a plurality of records comprising loyalty card data for products purchased with a loyalty card and nutritional information for products available for purchase with the loyalty card, and a plurality of records relating to after sale product information. These systems and methods may further comprise a data processing module configured to compare products purchased with a loyalty card with the after sale product information, and determine if there are conflicts and an output module for transmitting results, wherein the central processor is configured to generate a report based upon the information found in the storage module.
