Abstract: Methods and computer systems for providing access providing access to representations of computing events. Identifying, from a plurality of computing events, a set of computing events corresponding to a computing event category. The identification of the set of computing events including identifying a respective first category of each particular computing event in the set of computing events; and determining that each respective first category matches with a respective category defined in a list of categories maintained by a third-party server. Transmitting, to a computing device associated with a second category of a particular computing event of the set of computing events, an interface providing access to representations of computing events in the set of computing events.

Abstract: False data entities attempt to evade getting caught by changing their information repeatedly over time. Systems and methods are provided to detect false data entities. A computing system ingests a plurality of data files respectively from a plurality of external data sources using the network interface within a current specified time period. It consolidates a plurality of data entries of false data entities from the plurality of data files into a consolidated list for the current specified time period. It compares the consolidated list for the current specified time period with a previous consolidated list corresponding to a previous specified time period to identify one or more differences. It then updates a database, which comprises a current list of false data entities, with the one or more differences.

Abstract: Systems and methods for performing an operation intending to limit further in-application transfers are provided. A system may determine that a first transfer associated with a first account represents a first in-application transfer associated with a first application of a first type. The system may then calculate a sum of one or more transfer amounts associated with one or more in-application transfers during a time period. The system may then determine, based on a threshold defined for the time period, that the sum satisfies defined criteria. The system may then perform an operation intending to limit further in-application transfers associated with the first account during the time period.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to systems, software, and computer-implemented methods for using generative artificial intelligence to improve user interactions. One example method includes identifying, in a contact center application of an agent, a start of an assisted leg of an interaction of a user with a system. A user interaction summary is retrieved that summarizes events that have previously occurred in the interaction. A generative large language model (LLM) artificial intelligence (AI) context prompt is extracted based on the user interaction summary. The context prompt is provided to a generative LLM AI engine to set a context for the generative LLM AI engine. Event information is received that includes a query for the generative LLM AI engine. The query is provided to and a query response is received from the generative LLM AI engine. The contact center application is updated in response to the query response.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to systems, software, and computer-implemented methods for using generative artificial intelligence to improve user interactions. One example method includes receiving a notification from a contact center application that user interaction events have been generated during an interaction session. Event descriptions for events generated in the session are located in a contact center application use case definition. Event descriptions are enhanced with event information for to generate contextualized event information. The contextualized event information to is added to a generative large language model artificial intelligence context that is provided to a generative large language model artificial intelligence engine. A query is provided to the generative large language model artificial intelligence engine. A query response is received from the generative large language model artificial intelligence engine and the query response is used in the interaction session.

Abstract: A tabular data model, which may be pre-trained on a different data set, is used to generate data samples for a target class with a given set of context data points. The tabular data model is trained to predict class membership of a given data point with a set of context data points. Rather than use the predicted class directly, the class predictions are used to determine a class-conditional energy for a synthetic data point with respect to the target class. The synthetic data point may then be updated based on the class-conditional energy with a stochastic update algorithm, such as stochastic gradient Langevin dynamics or Adaptive Moment Estimation with noise. The value of the synthetic data point is sampled as a data point for the target class. This permits effective data augmentation for tabular data for downstream models.

Abstract: A method and device for automating analysis of executed performance testing is disclosed. The device includes a processor, and a communications module and memory coupled to the processor. The memory stores computer executable instructions that when executed by the processor cause the processor to receive an input associated with executing a performance test of an application. The processor identifies a test analysis template from a plurality of test analysis templates based on the performance test or the application, each test analysis template defining analysis parameters for interpreting results of executed performance tests. The processor creates a session for analyzing a result of the performance test being executed. Within the analysis session, one or more models are applied to the result, where the one or more models are responsive to the analysis parameters. The processor generates a performance analysis report based on the applied one or more models.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method is disclosed. The method includes: receiving, via a computing system, a message in connection with at least one transaction processed and flagged by the computing system as potentially being associated with a fraud status; creating a robotic process automation (RPA) software bot for collecting related data associated with the at least one flagged transaction; providing, by the RPA software bot using API calls, collected data to an application such that the data is actionable using the application; and updating a cloud-based database by creating a database record associated with the transaction responsive to determining that neither RPA nor manual tasks in connection with the transaction performed using the application raises a runtime exception.
