The medical fluid nozzle 1 is a substantially cylindrical shape with a tip surface formed in a substantially planar shape. 摘要： The present invention provides a before-use mixing container in which it is possible to perform a mixing operation for two types of medicinal solutions in its container independently of an uncovering operation for a cap or the like.The before-use mixing container including a movable body 1 which has a tube section 11, a ceiled cylindrical inner tube 13 which is consecutively installed upright on an inner surface of the tube section, that partitions the tube section into two upper and lower chambers, and a first opening portion 13b drilled in a ceiling plane 13a of the inner tube, and in which a first medicinal solution A is contained in the lower chamber, an adapter 3 which has a fit-in tube section 31 which is tightly fit into the upper chamber of the movable body to be assembled so as to be rotatable with respect to the movable body, a partition wall surface 35 which is provided on an inner surface of the fit-in tube section, and is tightly attached to the ceiling plane of the inner tube of the movable body, and a second opening portion 35a which is drilled in the partition wall surface so as not to overlap the first opening portion, and a container main body 4 which has a lower mouth tube section 42 tightly fit into the upper chamber of the adapter, to be assembled so as not to be rotatable with respect to the adapter, and in which a second medicinal solution B is contained, in the before-use mixing container, when the movable body is relatively rotated with respect to the container main body, the first opening portion and the second opening portion are overlapped.

摘要： In a surgical needle, marks of welding are left as they are on a welded portion between needle and pipe members so that the welded portion has a surface distinguishable from peripheral surfaces of the respective needle and pipe members. The welded portion may be composed of a plurality of peripherally spaced welded parts. In a manufacturing method of the surgical needle, a beam energy is applied from a beam energy emitting arrangement, toward an abutting line between the needle and pipe members, from a direction substantially perpendicular to the needle and pipe members, thereby welding them to each other. In a manufacturing apparatus, a rotational support arrangement is provided for supporting the needle and pipe members in such a manner that end faces of the respective needle and pipe members are abutted against each other at a location coincident with an optical axis of the laser beam, and for rotating the needle and pipe members about their respective axes.

摘要： A method includes selecting a first set of digital subscriber lines (DSLs) supported by a digital subscriber line access multiplexor (DSLAM). The DSLs of the first set exhibit reduced performance based on historical performance data. The method includes sending a request to the DSLAM for a first performance parameter for each of the DSLs of the first set. The method includes receiving the first performance parameters. The method includes removing DSLs from the first set that have suitable performance based on the first performance parameters to create a second set of DSLs. The method includes selecting a line profile to apply to the second set of DSLs. The method also includes sending a second request to the DSLAM to apply the line profile to the DSLs of the second set and then to determine a second performance parameter for each of the DSLs of the second set.

摘要： There are disclosed a method of and apparatus for grinding an elongated material for a suture needle. An elongated grinding tape is reciprocally moved in its longitudinal direction, and simultaneously the material is pressed against the grinding tape in such a manner that the material is disposed substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the grinding tape and is inclined relative to one face of the grinding tape, thereby grinding the material to form a cutting edge on at least one side edge of a grounded surface of the material. The grinding apparatus includes a mechanism for reciprocally moving the grinding tape in opposite directions along the longitudinal direction of the grinding tape, a mechanism for transferring the grinding tape in a predetermined one of the opposite directions along the longitudinal direction of the grinding tape, a tape support member, and a mechanism for supporting the material and for pressing the material against that portion of the grinding tape positioned at a support surface of the tape support member. A suture needle includes at least one ground surface, and a pair of cutting edges formed respectively on opposite side edges of the ground surface. The ground surface has grinding traces which extend perpendicular to an axis of the suture needle, and the pair of cutting edges are in generally the same condition from a microscopic point of view.
