摘要： A method of molding a part, such as throttle valve and a throttle body, of a throttle device includes resin-molding the part by an injection molding process using a molding die. The molding die has a mold cavity having a cavity portion for molding a base that may protrude from the resin part. The cavity portion for molding the base communicates with an injection gate, from which molten resin is injected into the mold cavity. The configuration of at least one of the base and the injection gate is determined such that a projection formed at the injection gate can be removed without substantially damaging the resin part.
