A front edge (43a) of each vane (43) of the propeller in the direction of rotation thereof is formed so as to have a sweep-back angle (θ) preventing wrapping around of foreign matter. The auxiliary cleaning work device is provided with a rotary shaft (76) rotatably provided in a work device body (71), a cleaning nozzle unit (72) that is provided in a bottom section of the rotary shaft, jets high-pressure water, and rotates in unison with the rotary shaft due to a reaction force of jetting of high-pressure water at the surface of the cleaning subject item and thus cleans the cleaning subject item, and a propeller (73) that rotates pursuant to rotation of a rotary shaft provided above the aforementioned rotary shaft, thus producing a force for pushing the work device body towards the surface of the cleaning subject item.
