    摘要: A capacitive displacement type transducer, wherein the oscillation frequency of a self-excited oscillator circuit including a pair of differential capacitors formed with a movable electrode disposed between two outer electrodes is counted by a counter, the output level of the counter is reversed each time a certain count is attained to cause the differential capacitances to be switched alternatively, and to make identical the respective reversal periods, and application voltage to be applied to the differential capacitors being controlled by an integrator, and a voltage relating to the output of the integrator being applied through a fixed impedance to the movable electrode, thereby eliminating fixed capacitances formed across the difference capacitors. Also, a voltage generated by dividing and averaging the output level of the counter by use of a certain pulse duration of a monostable circuit operating in synchronism with a counter, is used to compensate for static pressure changes. Also, a temperature sensing element is included in a converting section to perform temperature correction. The circuit may be used in a two wire transmission system. The circuit improves upon the prior art by eliminating heretofore used complex circuits, thereby increasing reliability, efficiency and reducing size.

    摘要: A capacitive type converter device, such as used for measuring pressure, comprising first and second rectifying circuits, each including an operational amplifier with a non-inverting input terminal connected to a reference point, to which a variable condenser is connected, the variable condenser having a capacitance which varies in response to a force being measured, such as pressure, and to which a reference condenser is connected, the reference condenser having a capacitance which is fixed independent of the force being measured. The device further comprises an oscillator, whose oscillation output is applied to the variable and reference condensers,and which is controlled by a control means in response to output of the first rectifying circuit, or in response to the output of the second rectifying circuit together with the output of the first rectifying circuit, whereby an output responsive to the capacitance of the variable condenser is obtained from the output of the second rectifying circuit, or an output relating to the difference between the capacitances of the condensers is obtained from the outputs of the first and second rectifying circuits. The device eliminates adverse influences of stray capacitances, non-linearity, offset signals, and parallel capacitances and forward voltages.

    摘要: A semiconductor pressure converter wherein a drive voltage is applied to a power supply end of a shearing type gage formed at the strain generating part of a semiconductor diaphragm, and an output voltage appearing at the output end thereof is amplified with an amplifier. The zero point is adjusted by applying a bias voltage to the amplifier which is related to the drive voltage. The span is adjusted without interference to the zero point by changing the feedback voltage of the amplifier. Linear compensation, temperature zero point compensation and temperature span compensation are attained without any mutual interference.
