摘要: The present invention provides a lasting apparatus which is provided with an ejection device, which ejects blast media, and a recovery device, which sucks and recovers ejected and used blast media, on a traveling carriage, ejects the blast media to a surface to be treated by the ejection device while causing the traveling carriage to travel on the surface to be treated, and recovers the used blast media by the recovery device, and comprising: roughness measuring device that is provided at the traveling carriage and measures roughness of an uneven surface of the surface to be treated which is treated by ejection of the blast media; and control unit which performs a feedback control of an ejection amount of the blast media, ejection pressure, ejection speed, an ejection air amount, a suction air amount by the recovery device, and a speed of the traveling carriage so that the roughness which is measured by the roughness measuring device is within a range of predetermined roughness.

摘要: The present invention provides a blasting device, comprising: a container in which a blast medium is stored; a suction pipe which is inserted in the container to be rotatably supported, and is formed substantially in an L-shape with a lower suction port bent at a right angle; a rotary drive part which rotates the suction pipe; a hose connected to the suction pipe via a rotary joint; an ejector nozzle connected to the hose; an air compressor which supplies compressed air to the ejector nozzle; a pressure sensor which measures pressure in the suction pipe; and a control part which controls a rotational frequency of the suction pipe by the rotary drive mechanism based on a measured value by the pressure sensor.

摘要: The present invention provides a blasting medium picking-apart device comprising: a hopper-shaped container having an upper opening through which a blasting medium is put in; a blade attached to a rotary shaft which is mounted along the central axis of the container, for applying a shear force to the blasting medium when the blade is rotated; a first shearing plate attached to an inner surface of the container for applying a shear force to the blasting medium between the rotating blade and the first shearing plate; an annular horizontal plane fixed to a lower opening of the container; a rotary plate which is attached to the rotary shaft, and is disposed opposite to the horizontal plane with a predetermined space therebetween; a second shearing plate attached to the rotary plate; and a rotation drive section for driving the blade and the rotary plate for rotation via the rotary shaft.

摘要: The present invention provides a sponge blasting apparatus comprising: a recovering unit which sucks and recovers a blasting medium jetted out of a nozzle; a sorting unit which sorts the blasting medium sucked and recovered by the recovering unit into a reusable blasting medium and an unreusable blasting medium; a blower which gives a sucking force to the recovering unit via the sorting unit; a dust collector which removes dust from an exhaust air discharged from the sorting unit with a sucking force of the blower; a picking-apart unit which picks apart the reusable blasting medium sorted by the sorting unit; a continuous feeder which, having at least two reservoir tanks into which the reusable blasting medium picked apart by the picking-apart unit is inputted, changes over the two tanks between each other to continuously feed the nozzle with the blasting medium deposited in the tanks; and a carrier which carries to the continuous feeder the reusable blasting medium sorted by the sorting unit.
