摘要： The present invention relates to methods for the diagnosis of impaired cardiac function/heart disease. The present invention provides a method of diagnosing heart disease in a subject, said method comprising determining the level of CgB or SgII, or fragments thereof, in a body fluid of said subject. Such methods can also be used to determine the clinical severity or prognosis of heart disease in a subject.
