摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a method of detecting a nucleic acid binding protein and a method of screening for a binding inhibitor or promoter for a nucleic acid binding protein. According to the present invention, there is provided a method of detecting binding between a nucleic acid and a nucleic acid binding protein, comprising determining the degree of structural change in a nucleic acid complex having at least two nucleic acid duplex moieties.
