摘要： A non-sliding vacuum gate valve comprising a valve housing hermetically sealed to the outside, an opening formed in one of its side walls, and a valve body disposed within the valve housing and adapted to sealingly open or close the valve seat formed around the opening in which the mechanism for opening and closing the valve body sealingly open or close the valve seat is provided outside the valve housing, the mechanism being made to be able to carry out two subsequent movements, one to move the valve body in a direction substantially perpendicular to the valve seat, the other to move the valve body substantially orthogonal to a direction substantially perpendicular to the valve seat with the valve body being spaced apart from the valve.
