摘要： This invention relates to a kind of electric iron for eliminating wrinkles from clothes and other materials. The electric iron has an ironing seat, which is composed of a soleplate, an ironing surface on the soleplate, and a heater that heats the soleplate. There are heater-shaped dented portions on the ironing surface where the heater is installed. This invention, with this structure, reduces a contacting area between the ironing surface close to the heater and clothes or other materials to be ironed, thus changing an uneven distribution of temperature on the ironing surface. Further, for a steam electric iron, steam sprayed out of steam outlets in a soleplate spreads to areas away from a heater through dented portions, thereby resulting in an effect of wrinkle elimination.

摘要： An iron case includes: a table where an iron is placed; a receiving case that surrounds the iron and has a lower opening that is closed by the table; and a locking mechanism that detachably combines the table with the receiving case, in which the locking mechanism includes: a locking portion formed on the sides of the table; a locking body formed at the receiving case and engaged with the locking portion; an operating button disposed to be movable outwardly on the outer surface of the receiving case and operating the locking body; and a locking spring disposed in the receiving case and biasing the operating button to the table. Therefore, malfunction of the locking mechanism is prevented while usability when the receiving case is separated is improved.

摘要： This invention relates a kind of electric iron for eliminating the wrinkles on clothes and some other materials. The electric iron has an ironing seat, which is composed of soleplate, ironing surface on the soleplate, and heater that heats the soleplate. 摘要： A cordless electric iron assembly has an iron removably mounted on a power supply stand adapted to be connected to a power supply. Separable mating electric terminals interposed between the iron and stand establish an electrical connection between the electric heater in the iron and the stand so long as the iron is placed on the stand. A detector on the stand detects the presence or absence of the iron on the stand and is used to activate an adjustable counter in response to removal of the iron from the stand. The counter activates an audible alarm after the elapse of a predetermined time period during which the iron is removed from the stand and in use to signal that the iron should be returned to the stand for reheating. A carrying case is detachable from the stand and accommodates the iron positioned on the stand with the mating terminals connected for storage of the iron during non-use.
