Abstract: A pill dispensing device includes a base with a top surface and a bottom surface, a transfer tray assembly coupled to the top surface of the base, a controller, and a plurality of vibrating tray assemblies. Each vibrating tray assembly couples to the top surface of the base and includes a pill tray, at least one spring support, a pill tray electric motor, and at least one optical sensor. The pill tray has an open end which is positioned above the transfer tray assembly. The at least one spring support is coupled between the top surface of the base and the pill tray. The pill tray electric motor couples to the pill tray and an offset weight. Each pill tray electric motor electrically couples to the controller. An optical sensor couples to the pill tray.

Abstract: Various cryogenic fluid reporting systems are disclosed. In some embodiments, the system comprises a cart with a base and a load cell. The base can receive and support a cryogenic fluid tank and the weight of the cryogenic fluid tank can be applied to the load cell. The cart can include a transmitter configured to transmit a signal indicative of the weight applied to the load cell. The system can include a receiver configured to receive the signal from the transmitter. The system can include a computing system in communication with the receiver. The computing system can include software configured to correlate the signal indicative of the weight of the cryogenic fluid tank to a fill amount of the tank.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a single-directional insufflator or breath-powered nasal device that provides unique dual airflow for propelling a drug substance into a nasal cavity, preferably deep into the superior nasal cavity and into the olfactory region and the trigeminal nerve mucosa, for rapid diffusion into the brain for the treatment of nasal and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury, disease or disorder, especially brain injury, such as traumatic brain injury (“TBI”), including concussion, and methods regarding nasal treatment therewith. Breath-powered nasal devices for delivering a somewhat tight or confined, concentrated plume of drug substance deep into the nasal cavity to targeted sites, bypassing the blood brain barrier, namely the olfactory nerve to provide concentrated drug substance for direct absorption into the brain are disclosed.

Abstract: An adjustable organizer that includes a plurality of spaced apart vertically oriented dividers and a plurality of selectively stackable platforms extending from the dividers. The platforms increase in height from a foremost platform to a rearmost platform. Adjacent dividers together with a platform extending between the adjacent dividers define a compartment. A connector assembly is operatively associated with one of the dividers and platforms.
