    摘要: A roll has a continuous tubular roll shell (11) of a composite material and axle journals (12) rotating together with the roll shell and joined to each end of the roll shell. The axle journals are supported on a supporting element (13) surrounding the axle journal (12) by at least two bearing elements (14, 15) located at a distance from each other in the axial direction (X—X) of the roll, which supporting element (13) for its part is supported on the machine frame structures (R).
