摘要： A removable head for an ophthalmic slit lamp assembly that replaces the conventional slit lamp microscope with a laser and binocular microscope combination. The optic axis of the laser is aligned to the optic axis of the binocular microscope so the optical head can be removed and used with another slit lamp assembly. An adaptor provides adjustable connection between the optical head and a microscope support arm of the slit lamp assembly. The adaptor consists of a base member and a frame member. The frame member is rotated and translated relative to the base member to align the optic axis of the optical head to the slit lamp optic axis.
