摘要： A method for the quantitative determination of the activity of enzymes in the Sirtuin family through the quantification of the acetyl-ADPr product that is formed is provided. The method described allows for a wide range of substrates, including peptides, intact proteins, or protein complexes (e.g. nucleosomes) to be used as substrates without the need for additional analytical methods to be developed.
