摘要： A cooling device includes a branch line with one end thereof communicating with a supplying line, and the other end communicating with a recovery line, wherein a part of the refrigerant supplied to the supplying line by a pump, flows as a branch; a heater installed in the middle of the branch line, for heating the refrigerant up to temperature higher than that for freezing moisture dissolving in the refrigerant; and a moisture adsorption filter installed in the middle of the branch line, through which the refrigerant heated by the heater passes, for adsorbing moisture mixed in the refrigerant.
