摘要： A method of producing an enlarged rubber that includes mixing 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of a condensed acid salt (B) and 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of the solid fraction of an acid group-containing copolymer latex (C) with 100 parts by mass of the solid fraction of a rubber-like polymer latex (A). A graft copolymer obtained by polymerization in the presence of an enlarged rubber obtained by the above production method, a thermoplastic resin composition containing the graft copolymer, and a molded item obtained by molding the thermoplastic resin composition. The acid group-containing copolymer latex (C) is a latex of an acid group-containing copolymer obtained by polymerizing, within water, a monomer mixture containing 5 to 30% by mass of an acid group-containing monomer and 95 to 70% by mass of an unsaturated carboxylate ester-based monomer.
