摘要： The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory eye drop comprising a drug selectively inhibiting COX-2, selected from the group consisting of etodolac, N-(2-(cyclohexyloxy)-4-nitrophenyl) methane-sulfonamide and meloxicam, which only slightly damages corneal epithelium and conjunctiva and which is excellent in the anti-inflammatory effect.

摘要： 5-(3-n-Butyloxalylaminophenyl) tetrazole having an excellent SRS-A release-inhibiting effect is used as an effective component for an anti-asthmatic agent, and a pharmaceutical preparation obtained by mixing the tetrazole with a specific dispersant such as polysorbate-80 in coexistence with a non-aqueous solvent shows high dissolubility and bioavailability.
