摘要： An apparatus, a transmission method, and a tangible machine-readable medium thereof for relaying a data signal in a multi-hop relay network are provided, wherein the multi-hop relay network comprising a plurality of relay stations. The apparatus comprises a storage module, a receiving module, and a transmission module. The storage module is configured to store a message of the multi-hop relay network, the message indicating a relation between the apparatus and the relation stations. The receiving module is configured to receive the data signal. The transmission module is configured to transmit the data signal and a first response signal according to the message in response to the data signal, wherein the first response signal relates to a correctness of the data signal.

摘要： A wireless communication system, an apparatus, and a method for transmitting information to describe network topology of the wireless communication system in a mobile multi-hop relay standard are disclosed. The system can either be a two-hop relay station system or a multi-hop relay station system. The apparatus can use a CDMA ranging code set to transmit information and manage other apparatuses of the wireless communication system under a mobile multi-hop relay standard. The CDMA ranging code set comprises a mobile station (MS) code set and a relay station (RS) code set. The MS code set is used to transmit information from the MS to the base station (BS). Likewise, the RS code set is used to transmit information from the RS and the BS.

摘要： A base station (BS), a subordinated station (SS) and the transmission methods thereof for use in a multi-input multi-output (MIMO) network are provided. The BS stores resource allocation information about the MIMO network and an SS list, and generate a super frame according to the resource allocation information and the SS list. The super frame comprises a pilot pattern which comprises a plurality of pilots and data. The BS and SS both considers the pilot pattern as an identifier of the SS. When there are communications occurred between the BS and the SS, the BS/SS will confirm whether the pilot pattern of the super frame matches the identifier of the SS to reduce interference from other stations in the MIMO network.

摘要： A method, a wireless communication system, a tangible machine-readable medium, and a communication apparatus for transmitting a bandwidth (BW) allocation based on a multi-hop relay standard are provided. The wireless communication system comprises a BS and at least one RS. The BS transmits the at least one particular channel descriptor to the at least one RS. The least one RS transmits at least one Ack to the BS for replying the at least one particular channel descriptor. Finally, the BS transmits the at least one BW allocation to the at least one RS according to the at least one Ack in a predetermined interval.

摘要： A method, a wireless communication system, a tangible machine-readable medium, and a communication apparatus for transmitting uplink hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) packets based on a multi-hop relay standard are provided. The wireless communication system comprises a BS, an SS, and a plurality of RSs. The RS transmits a plurality of first uplink HARQ packets to the RSs. After receiving one of the first uplink HARQ packets, at least one of the RSs replies a first ACK to the BS and retrieves a second uplink HARQ packet in the first uplink HARQ packet. Then, the at least one of the RSs transmits the second uplink HARQ packet to the BS. And the second uplink HARQ packet is the same as a part of one of the first uplink HARQ packets.

摘要： A method, a wireless communication system, a tangible machine-readable medium, and a communication apparatus for transmitting and relaying a channel descriptor based on a multi-hop relay standard are provided. The wireless communication system comprises a BS and at least one RS. The BS divides the channel descriptor into a common channel descriptor and at least one particular channel descriptor. Then the BS broadcasts/multicasts the common channel descriptor to the at least one RS and transmits the at least one particular channel descriptor to the same. The at least one RS combines the common channel descriptor and the at least one particular channel descriptor to generate the channel descriptor.

摘要： A method of suppressing co-channel interference in a wireless communication system, which computes the power intensities of coherent signals in different spatial orientations based on a result generated when the preamble of a main signal to be received by a wireless receiver is orthogonal to the preambles of interference signals, which are in co-channel with the main signal, so that the main signal can be separated for further processing. The wireless receiver finds an orientation relative to a wireless transmitter and notices the wireless transmitter the orientation such that the wireless transmitter can enhance a power intensity of the main signal and/or reduce the interference signals sent by interference sources.
