摘要： The present invention provides a use of ginsenosides represented by formula I or mixtures thereof for manufacturing a medicament for anti-platelet aggregation, wherein R1 and R2 are H or glucosyl, and when R1 is glucosyl, R2 is H; when R1 is H, R2 is glucosyl. The present invention further provides a pharmaceutical composition for anti-platelet aggregation, which is capable to be used to prevent and treat thrombosis. The present invention also provides a method for generating the effect of anti-platelet aggregation in patients in vivo.
