    摘要: The present invention provides a method for shortening signaling delay of ISC session transfer procedure, a network element for controlling ISC session transfer, a network element for anchoring a media path in ISC session transfer and a communication system including at least two terminals and the above two network elements. In the present invention, the SCC AS decides if a media path needs to be anchored in a media anchor point MRF, and if yes, then instructs a MRF to assign respective media endpoints for a local UE and a remote UE and connect the two media endpoints together, so as to divide the session between the local UE and the remote UE into two independent sub-sessions: a session between the local UE and the MRF, and a session between the remote UE and the MRF. For these two sub-sessions, the SIP signaling is terminated and sent out in the SCC AS. Thus, when a local UE or a remote UE triggers handover, only one sub-session needs to be updated/influenced.

The method comprises a first network element anchoring the call based on the call setup request received from the terminal, and storing a provisional response returned to the terminal and the state of the call; the terminal detecting that a handover is necessary and sending a measurement report to an access network; the access network deciding to request a second network element for handover, upon detection of a signaling bearer while the measurement report meets handover condition; the second network element deciding to send the first network element a PS to CS handover request upon detection of the signaling bearer, after receiving a request for handover from the access network; and after reception of said handover request, if the first network element detects that the call is in the non steady state, than it checks the previously stored provisional response and sends the provisional response to a third network element, whereby completing the session handover procedure and updating the remote end.

    摘要: The invention proposes a method and corresponding apparatuses for handing over a video conversation from a PS domain to a CS domain in a radio network. When signals of a network covered by the packet switch domain where the video conversation currently locates in are not good or become unavailable, as long as source MME and eNodeB detect the presence of video conversation, a procedure of handover to circuit switch domain for video bearer will be initiated, and a handover request will be transmitted to MSC server. After receiving the handover request, a control equipment in the circuit switch domain will request for resources to a target radio network requesting for the allocation of necessary communication link to the video bearer. In addition, after local UE has handed over to the target network (at this time, the communication link required for the video bearer between UE and MSC Server/MGW has already been established), local UE and MSC Server/MGW start a negotiation to establish a logical communication channel for the video conversation. Upon a successful negotiation, a logical communication channel for transferring video telephone service between MSC Server/MGW and UE is established. In this way, local UE can continue the video conversation with remote UE via MGW.

    摘要: The invention proposes a method and an apparatus for reducing break duration in handover of a VoIP conversation from a packet switch domain to a circuit switch domain. The main idea is that a synchronization mechanism is introduced between the session handover procedure at IP multimedia subsystem IMS layer and a cell handover procedure at layer 2, so that enable the two handover procedures to start at or almost at the same time. When a Mobile Switching Centre MSC server receives a request of handover from the source Mobility Management Entity MME, the time required from the time the MSC server transmitting a message to this message arriving at a remote end user equipment UE is computed first, and then is compared with a predetermined time required from the time the MSC server transmitting a message to this message arriving at the local UE. According to the comparison result, determining an order and time for the MSC server transmitting a request of session handover to the Service Centralization and Continuity Application Server (SCC AS) and transmitting a request of cell handover to the source MME, and transmitting above two requests in according to the order and time, to ensure that the time that the request of session handover arrives at the remote end communication terminal is the same or almost same as the time that the request of cell handover arrives at the local communication terminal.
