Abstract: The present disclosure includes a dusting article comprising a first material comprising a lofty nonwoven web, the first material forming a continuous loop with an interior surface and an exterior surface, and a first end and a second end. An adhesive layer is on at least the exterior surface of the first material. A second material comprising a barrier layer is disposed on the interior surface of the first material. And the first end comprises an opening.
