    摘要: Disclosed is a sounding device, including a frame, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system. The magnetic circuit system has a magnetic gap. The vibration system includes a diaphragm, a framework, a voice coil, and an elastic conductor. The elastic conductor includes an elastic conductor body, a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, a first bending arm and a second bending aim, and a first pad and a second pad. The lead wires are connected to the first pad and the second pad, the first pad and the second pad are disposed on two sides of the framework, the first bending arm is spaced from the second bending arm, and a middle section is used to increase the volumes of first auxiliary magnets, thereby improving the acoustic performance of the sounding device.

    摘要: Disclosed is a multifunctional sounding device which combines functions of emitting sounds and providing vibrations and includes a housing; a speaker unit including a vibration assembly vibrating along a first direction and a magnetic assembly including a main magnet and an auxiliary magnet; an elastic member suspending the speaker unit in the housing; a flexible sealing membrane assembly connected between the housing and the speaker unit including an outer ring, an inner ring, and a flexible sealing membrane connected between the two rings; and a driving coil driving the speaker unit for vibrating in a second direction including two sides respectively facing the main magnet and the auxiliary magnet in the first direction. The two directions are perpendicular. The outer ring, the flexible sealing membrane and the inner ring are integrally formed, thereby achieving a high structural consistency and avoiding glue width requirements so as to release spaces.

The speaker box of the present invention effectively reduces the height of the product and reduces the cost.

The mass block includes a first mass block assembly and a second mass block fixed to the first mass block assembly. The elastic pieces are fixed to the second mass block. A weight of the motor vibrating device is adjustable, which saves costs.

The elastic piece and the mass block are integrally formed through stamping. A position precision of the elastic piece is high, which improves a consistency of the vibrating motor, reduces a stress fluctuation of the elastic piece in a vibrating state, and reduces a possibility of fracture and reliability failure thereof. Moreover, two elastic portions disposed on two sides of the elastic piece are consistent, symmetry of a rotor system is improved, a swing degree of the vibrating motor is reduced, and a performance and a yield level thereof are improved.

    摘要: The present disclosure discloses a speaker including a frame with two open ends, a vibration system sealing one open end of the frame, a magnetic circuit system, and an air-permeable mesh. The magnetic circuit system includes a yoke sealing another open end of the frame, a first magnet, a second magnet arranged at two opposite sides of the first magnet, a through hole penetrating the yoke and arranged at another two opposite sides of the first magnet, and an extension wall bending and extending from a side of the through hole close to the first magnet in a direction close to the vibration system. The air-permeable mesh is attached to the yoke and covers the through hole. Compared with the related art, the speaker disclosed by the present disclosure has a better acoustic performance.
