摘要: A multi-mover direct drive transmission system, including: stator unit formed by stator segments and includes frame and coil windings; mover units movable relative to the stator unit and each includes mover slidably connected to the stator unit and movable relative to the frame, and magnet fixed to the mover; and actuators. The magnet is arranged opposite to and spaced from the coil winding, and the coil winding drives the magnet to drive the mover. The frame includes feedback segments and transition segments. The stator unit further includes hall elements. The hall element outputs a hall signal according to a magnetic field variation detected. The actuator calculates an electrical angle and calculates a drive current, the coil winding drives the magnet to move to realize position correction. The multi-mover direct drive transmission system has a simple structure, a small number of components, and is simple and easy-to-implement the motion control method.

摘要: The present disclosure provides direct drive system, including stator, a primary assembly, mover, secondary assembly, and first magnetic yoke. One side of stator being provided with first magnetic yoke. The primary assembly is arranged on first magnetic yoke. The mover has first support surface and second support surface. First support surface and second support surface are arranged on two opposite sides of stator. The secondary assembly is arranged on first support surface. The secondary assembly faces primary assembly, first gap is formed between secondary assembly and primary assembly. A magnetic field loop is formed among secondary assembly, primary assembly, and first magnetic yoke. The side of stator away from first magnetic yoke faces second support surface. Second support surface is to support a work table surface. The direct drive system is reasonable in structure design, can better protect primary assembly and secondary assembly, and has high stability and reliability.

摘要: A method for controlling a multi-mover direct drive transmission system and related devices, including: S1: detecting a real-time position of the mover units movable in the feedback segments; S2: determining whether the mover unit enters junction region between the feedback and transition segments: if yes, calculating, by using preset algorithm, an electrical angle at which the mover unit moves in the transition segment, and determining real-time position of the mover unit through the electrical angle; and setting cooperative control mode of the stator windings in a range of the transition segment according to the real-time position of the mover unit; and S3: determining whether the mover unit enters the junction region between the transition segment and the feedback segment: if yes, feeding back real-time position of the mover unit through the displacement sensor of the feedback segment. The above solution has a good control effect, low costs, and low mounting requirements.

摘要: A method for controlling a direct drive system, including: S1: outputting, by the actuator, a current to the winding of the stator corresponding to the actuator to cause the windings to drive the mover corresponding to the windings to move in a single direction along the guide rail; S2: sensing a position of the second position feedback means through the first position feedback means, and acquiring position information of the mover relative to the stator; and S3: changing a drive mode of the actuator according to the position information, so that the actuator adjusts, according to the drive mode, magnitude of the current outputted to the windings of the stator corresponding to the actuator. The above solution can reduce a number of power modules used in the direct drive system, so as to reduce overall manufacturing and use costs of the direct drive system.
