    Abstract: A disconnector and a method for manufacturing the disconnector are disclosed in the present application. The disconnector includes conductive arms pivotally coupled with each other, and finger contacts. The finger contacts have two opposite ends and an elastic portion between the two opposite ends, each of the finger contacts being fixed to the respective conductive arm by fasteners at the two opposite ends such that the elastic portion presses against the conductive arm. In response to the conductive arms being pivoted toward each other and clamping an electrical contact hanged at a bus-bar above the disconnector, the conductive arms are electrically coupled with the electrical contact via the respective finger contacts. A method of manufacturing a disconnector is also disclosed.

    Abstract: A mechanical interlock assembly for a disconnector and an earthing switch. The mechanical interlock assembly comprises: a main interlock disc configured to actuate a movable contact of a disconnector, and at least one earthing switch interlock disc configured to actuate respective movable contact of at least one earthing switch respectively. The main interlock disc includes at least one first groove, and each of the at least one earthing switch interlock discs includes a third groove, and it is provided with a movable interlock pin between the main interlock disc and each earthing switch interlock disc respectively. The interlock assembly can interlock the disconnector and the at least one earthing switch, and has the advantages of a simple structure, low cost and flexibility for different arrangements. A further mechanical interlock assembly is also provided to interlock another disconnector and one of the above at least one earthing switch.

    Abstract: A disconnector (100) and a method for manufacturing the disconnector (100) are disclosed. The disconnector (100) includes conductive arms (110) pivotally coupled with each other, and finger contacts (111). The finger contacts (111) have two opposite ends (115, 116) and an elastic portion (113) between the two opposite ends (115, 116), each of the finger contacts (111) being fixed to the respective conductive arm (110) by fasteners (112) at the two opposite ends (115, 116) such that the elastic portion (113) presses against the conductive arm (110). In response to the conductive arms (110) being pivoted toward each other and clamping an electrical contact (200) hanged at a bus-bar above the disconnector (100), the conductive arms (110) are electrically coupled with the electrical contact (200) via the respective finger contacts (111). The disconnector (100) according to the present disclosure provides outstanding contact performances while the material costs as well as manufacturing and assembly costs are relatively low.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a disconnector with an anti-icing arrangement, including a main blade moving contact, a main blade arm, a main blade static contact, a main blade transmission arrangement and a main blade anti-icing arrangement. The main blade transmission arrangement is adapted for driving the main blade arm to move. The main blade anti-icing arrangement includes a main blade anti-icing shield and a main blade anti-icing shield transmission arrangement. The main blade anti-icing shield transmission arrangement is adapted for drive the main blade anti-icing shield such that the main blade anti-icing shield shields the main blade moving contact in an opened position to keep ice and snow and rainwater from covering a surface of the main blade moving contact, and moves away from the main blade moving contact in a closed position, to enable the main blade moving contact to be contacted with the main blade static contact. The disconnector of the present invention has simple structure, convenient installation and strong adaptability, which greatly improves stability and reliability of the disconnector in alpine regions.
