Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for preventing and/or treating fatigue and/or depression in a subject in need of such prevention and/or treatment, comprising administering to said subject an effective amount of Crassocephalum rabens plant or extract and optionally a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient. The present disclosure also provides a method for increasing skeletal muscle lactate dehydrogenase and/or malate dehydrogenase.
