摘要： A machine includes a stator and a rotor that is rotatable with respect to the stator. The rotor includes a shaft that has a paramagnetic shell. The shell defines a cavity therein, and there is a magnet disposed in the cavity. The magnet is of complementary shape to the cavity such that the magnet and paramagnetic shell are rotationally interlocked.
